On a more serious note, I spent about 11 or 12 of those 14 months writing zombies and necromancers and things like that, sort of inspired by Scooby Doo Zombie Island, but nothing ever worked out the way it was supposed to. So I went really far back to the roots of it, which was inspired by the Doom that came to Sarnath, and I made it more Lovecraftian-ish. That was the last major rewrite, because my editor liked that one better.
So now you have it. More to come.
